HOW TO PURCHASE A PUPPY
Thank you for your interest in one of my precious Poodle puppies. I screen all perspective new families and require the questionnaire be completed.
Only Five Steps
TO ADOPT ONE OF MY PRECIOUS BABIES
If you see a puppy on our site that interests you let me know via e-mail or Text me@ 503-812-5333. I would be happy to help you find a new "puppy-love".
#1) E-MAIL ME: introduce yourself including your name, address & contact numbers and let me know how I can help you.
#2) COMPLETE THE APPLICATION: giving me an understanding of who you are, this helps me in placing my "babies" in the best homes. If you have difficulty printing, scanning or attaching to email let me know. I will be happy to email an application to you.
#3) DEPOSIT: once I receive your completed application I will go over it and if your Approved I will place you on the waiting list, if I don't have puppies at that time I will contact you as soon as I do. If you want one then a $800 deposit will "hold" your puppy until the puppy is Vet Checked at 8 weeks old and cleared to go to there FOREVER HOME. You can make the payment through Venmo, PayPal, Zelle.

#4) FINAL PAYMENT: I accept Venmo or CASH ONLY on the day you pick-out your puppy.
#5) TAKE YOUR PUPPY HOME:
Last but not least the only thing left to do is to pick-up your new "baby" and start bonding!!! Along with your puppy you will receive A PUPPY PACK FILLED WITH GOODIES..
IF SERIOUSLY INTERESTED in one of my babies then please take the time to read the information on my website and give me some insight about yourself in the application below. The answers to most all of your questions are posted on our site. Reading the information on our website should be the first thing a serious buyer should do, and those are the emails that will be given priority.
AVAILABLE PUPPIES are posted on the Nursery Page on my website if I don't have a waiting list.(This is very rare) Once I go through the list if I have any that are available I will post them. Price and other information can be found on our Price and Shipping page of my site.
BE SURE that everyone in your home agrees to acquire a puppy. Also, please get any pre-approvals needed from landlords, bosses, etc. Having all this in order saves everyone a lot of time.
TO APPLY please tell me more about yourself on the application. Open the Application and cut and paste or print out the Application. Fill it out, scan it then email it back to me. This application helps me to determine the type of puppy that would suite your home. Be sure to use a different color font than my application so that I can see your answers.
AFTER I RECEIVE YOUR APPLICATION and you are approved then I will send you pictures of the available Babies and you can make your deposit and make arrangements for pick up of your puppy if you are local. If you must travel and are driving in then I will schedule a pick-up date with you. I accept nannies, friends or family members who act as an agent for you Or you can fly into our local PDX Airport where I would be happy to meet you for hand-delivery. I am located in Tillamook, Or... 2 hrs from Portland,Or.- Oregon is a beautiful State for vacations and sight-seeing. We have mountains, ocean front beaches, historical landmarks, and of course Lady D’s Oodles of Poodles .
DEPOSITS - If there is a specific puppy on our Nursery page that you want or you chose from Pictures I send you then a $800 (non-refundable) deposit will HOLD the puppy until your scheduled Pickup. I accept cash only on the day of visit or Venmo.
APPLICATIONS ARE VALID FOR 90 DAYS. After that time a new application must be filed because circumstances and environments can change.
